During a large part of his career he worked with worldwide manufacturers of Doors and Windows. Starting as a junior developer and working his way up to lead teams and projects over a valuable 14 years with the company. Before moving into online projects and managing his own team and agency.

Now offering training and mentorship to others becoming managers in IT, we talk about the changing role and how he learned to listen and value people, and not fear becoming a manager.
