Interview with Marcus Blankenship, leading a team is valuing the people

This week I interviewed Marcus Blankenship for the podcast on leading a team is valuing the people.

During a large part of his career he worked with worldwide manufacturers of Doors and Windows. Starting as a junior developer and working his way up to lead teams and projects over a valuable 14 years with the company. Before moving into online projects and managing his own team and agency.

Now offering training and mentorship to others becoming managers in IT, we talk about the changing role and how he learned to listen and value people, and not fear becoming a manager.

Do you know someone who would make a good guest?

Send me your suggestion, I record 1 - 2 months in advance so can book guests in the diary.
